At VM ROAD, we are committed to delivering high-quality off-road products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
- Products must be in resellable condition.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been installed, used, or modified
- Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse
- Clearance or final sale items
- Custom or special-order products
Restocking Fee
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, depending on the condition of the returned item.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
